*At the time of booking your event, a 10% deposit along with a signed contract are generally required. The remaining balance must be paid BEFORE the start of your event. Rockabilly BBQ provides a variety of catering options to perfectly match your needs.

CATERING MENU:
Drop-Off
- Prices are stated below, plus tax
Food is delivered to you with the option of being hot and ready to serve or cold, accompanied by reheating instructions
On-Site
- Add $2 per person to the price below, plus tax
An on-site kitchen must be equipped with sufficient prep space, refrigeration, heating, and holding equipment. Wire chafing dishes will be set up, and customers will be served accordingly.
Full-Service OR Truck Service
- Add $3.50 per person to the price below, plus tax
The truck will on on-site and you can choose to have your guests served from the truck window itself OR through a full-service buffet, featuring high-quality serving ware and stainless steel chafing dishes . Guests can either be served by our staff or choose to serve themselves, depending on your preference.
