Why isn’t the truck always open to the public?
Some days are reserved for catering, private events, prep, or deliveries. This keeps the business sustainable and allows us to maintain quality.
How do I know when the truck is open?
Our live schedule is posted on the homepage calendar. That calendar is always the source of truth.
Can I walk up and order when the truck is out?
Only on days marked as open for walk-ups. Private events and delivery days are not open to the public.
Where do I order when the truck is open?
Orders are placed through the FoodTruckPub app or directly at the truck, depending on the setup.
Do menus or items change?
